There will be an early registration fee of $140 (USD) per participant (except students with confirmed student status) for those that register before September 9, 2011. After September 9, the advanced registration fee is $160 (USD). Confirmed students are asked to pay only $25.00 to attend the banquet.

If you will be bringing a spouse, the fee is $50.00

With your registration form, please send a check or money order payable to "ICMA III" denominated in US dollars and your title and abstract, no later than September 9, 2011 to the address above. If you want to pay by credit card, please use this form and attach your registration form and title & abstract. The late registration fee will be $160 (USD) after September 9, 2011. You may also pay your registration fee by cash or check at the registration desk of the conference with the late registration fee if you wish.
