Electronic Classrooms
Almost all classrooms on campus contain a projection system, instructor’s computer, and an integrated control system that manages all media equipment in the classroom. These electronic classrooms are maintained and serviced by ITS and the AT&T Center for Learning & Technology (CLT).

Currently installed software can be viewed on the ITS Computer Labs Page.
Electronic classrooms are scheduled under the guidelines found in the Trinity University Faculty and Contract Staff Handbook, Part Six, Chapter Three.
Academic and Administrative departments should contact the Registrar's Office for information on scheduling classes in an electronic classroom.
Student organizations should contact the Coates University Center for scheduling meetings and events in an electronic classroom.
Helpdesk
Information Technology Services (ITS) Helpdesk Services is located on the main floor of the Elizabeth Huth Coates Library (EHCL). The Helpdesk can assist you with your technology needs. Please send e-mail to helpdesk@trinity.edu or call 999-7409 for assistance.
Students who require assistance with their computer can also go to the Student Computer Service Center located in Winn 103.
Computer Labs
ITS maintains several computer labs across campus. ITS computing labs are open during normal building hours. Current students, faculty, and staff have access to the following computing labs. All users are expected to abide by the Computing Lab Policy.
Student Workers
Information Technology Services hires student workers to assist full-time staff in providing service to the University. Eligibility for employment is determined by the Office of Human Resources, Student Placement, 999-7507. Applications for posted positions may be obtained from Human Resources.
