Mary Kay came to the Office of Alumni Relations with 14 years of relationship-building experience gained through enrollment management and student recruitment. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Seton Hill University (PA), a master's in theology from Wheeling Jesuit University (WV), and a doctoral degree in administration and leadership from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. As senior director, Mary Kay works with staff to oversee all aspects of alumni relations including alumni programs, organizations, and communication (the Trinity magazine, AlumNet, and the alumni website). She works directly with the 36-member National Alumni Board to support their work of promoting lifelong relationships between and among current and future alumni, honoring outstanding alumni, and strengthening the voice of Trinity alumni in the University community. She also works with the 25- and 50-year reunions.
Selim is the contact for all alumni events in chapter cities throughout the country, faculty lectures and visits to alumni chapters, and the 40-Year and 45-Year class reunions. Selim is also the office point of contact for AlumNet, the alumni monthly electronic newsletter. Selim holds a Master's degree in international relations from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prior to Trinity, Selim served at the U.S. Information Service in Dhaka from 1979-1997, coordinating arts and education programs.
Alumni Information Systems Coordinator
Adrienne maintains alumni records, serves as the lead contact for the online community, and works closely with the Advancement Service Manager and Development Information Systems Coordinator for reporting and analysis. Adrienne received her BA in administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2010.
Elizabeth Ford '93, '96
Alumni Volunteer Coordinator
Elizabeth develops volunteer opportunities to engage alumni in meaningful work and service with the University. She also helps plan the 20-, 30-, and 35-year reunions and is the lead contact for the Health Care Administration program's alumni association. Elizabeth earned a BA from Trinity in religion in 1993 and an MS in healthcare administration in 1996. Before returning to Trinity, she worked at Santa Rosa Children's Hospital and the Witte Museum where she was involved in supervising volunteers, legislative and community advocacy, and development.
Young Alumni and Student Programs Coordinator
Christine helps build relationships and networking opportunities with young alumni and between students and alumni. She coordinates programs to recognize Trinity graduates and assists students with the transition to becoming active alumni. Christine also organizes the 5-, 10-, and 15- year class reunions. She is the co-advisor for the Trinity University Ambassadors. Christine received a Bachelor's in organizational management.
Ana assists the office in planning and managing major projects including Alumni Weekend, National Alumni Board meetings, chapter events and award ceremonies. She maintains and reconciles the Office Budget and handles all logistical support for alumni events. She writes and compiles Class Notes, births and deaths for Trinity Magazine and supervises student workers.
