Bonding the lab with the classroom
The hallmarks of Trinity's chemistry program are its innovative and progressive curriculum, student exposure to modern sophisticated instrumentation, and a strong emphasis on undergraduate research. We're focused on preparing students for advanced degrees and careers at some of the country's best graduate schools, medical schools and corporations.
Our faculty's expertise spans all the major sub-disciplines of chemistry - analytical, biochemical, inorganic, organic, and physical - and our instructors are eager to work closely with students on exciting projects at the frontier of chemical research.
As part of our commitment to undergraduate research, students may begin taking laboratory courses beginning their first year of study.
