Audio Conferencing

The CLT has special conference telephone equipment that can be set up in any room on campus that has an available network drop. This special telephone equipment is designed to amplify the caller's voice so that they can be heard by the group and also has microphones that pick up the voices from the group and amplify them to the caller. Our phone system is designed to conference in three additional lines or callers. If you want to conference with more three locations, ITS has to be notified and arrangements can be made to set up that call.
