Financial Aid Acceptance form: It is important to complete all required paperwork with the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) in order for your aid to reflect on your fall account balance statement (e-Bill), by returning your signed Financial Aid Acceptance form, as applicable. If you have any questions regarding your FAFSA or financial aid, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at (210) 999-8315, or e-mail at financialaid@trinity.edu. If you will be receiving an external scholarship(s), you must provide the OFA with support documentation regarding the scholarship(s), preferable by July 1, 2013, so it may be included with your financial aid.

Authorize parents to View/Pay bill: Students should authorize their parents or other users as soon as possible, but no later than July 12, 2013. This is a critical step in the e-Bill/e-Pay process and by doing so will provide the authorized user (parent) with a unique login access to the online statement and ability to pay the amount due online.

Personal and payment profiles Go to "My Profiles" and set up your "Personal Profile", streamline communications for receiving text messages, enter and save your payment methods both for paying online and receiving e-Refunds.

Consent to Release Educational Records form: Enclosed with your Vital Information packet (sent earlier by Admissions) is a "Student Consent to Release Educational Records" form. It is highly recommended that registered students provide written authorization which allows Trinity personnel to communicate financial information to parents or other responsible parties.

Payment Plan enrollment: Mid July, you will receive an automated e-mail via your Trinity e-mail address indicating that an e-Bill with fall 2013 charges and anticipated aid is ready to view. At that time you should view the statement, pay your balance, or enroll in a payment plan.

Payment due dates and deadlines: Fall 2013 payment is due in full no later than August 20, 2013. For payment due dates and deadlines please click here.
