Looking for a new workout routine? Try swimming!
Swim Off a Cupcake!
Come swim for 30 minutes and you will work off the same number of calories as in a cupcake! (and get a free one for all of your hard work)

POLAR BEAR SWIM:
If you think it's cold outside in the winter, can you imagine how cold the water in the outdoor pool is? Come join us as we jump into the outdoor pool in the middle of winter and experience the water as Polar Bears do! (really cold).
HEALTH AND FITNESS DAY:
This is an event sponsered by the entire campus to help promote health and fitness. There are fun activites in all different parts of the Bell Center including in the pool! We have done things such as play golf, basketball and even give you some tips on swimming.

POWER HOUR TRIATHLON:
Come do a triathlon in only an hour! You will bike, swim and run and can record your times to see how you improve.
LIFEGUARD PUMPKIN CONTEST:
Come judge the lifeguard's pumpkins and see who has the most creative, scariest ideas!
