Make it personal.
Trinity devotes significant attention to programs for and offers special opportunities to undergraduates. Trinity's small size and ample endowment ensure that faculty and students have the most sophisticated facilities and resources available. This is perhaps most noticeable in the sciences, where undergraduates conduct research and have individual access to equipment usually available only at the graduate level. Most programs emphasize interdisciplinary learning, hands-on experience, and global awareness.
Trinity's liberal arts undergraduate program is grounded in the Common Curriculum, a rigorous yet flexible program of study meant to establish a basis for understanding the varied domains of human knowledge. Courses are chosen from each of five Understandings: Cultural Heritage, Arts and Literature, Human Social Interaction, Quantitative Reasoning, and Natural Science and Technology.
