TITLE: ASSISTANT M/W COACH OF TRACK & FIELD
DEPARTMENT: ATHLETICS
The position is a full-time, nine-month contract staff appointment. As assigned by the Head M/W Coach of Track & Field and Head M/W Coach of Cross Country, responsibilities will include coaching and recruiting for both men's and women's intercollegiate teams, a second assignment in Athletics and teaching activity classes in the PE Department. The position will require work on weekends, nights, and holidays. The position reports to the Head M/W T&F coach. Qualifications include baccalaureate degree and a background in coaching and recruiting on the intercollegiate level. TITLE: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: NETWORKS, SECURITY & SYSTEMS SERVICES
DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
The primary role of the System Administrator is to provide systems and network support for the Trinity Library, including support for the Innovative Interfaces Millennium library system. Also provides support for other web-based services as the campus portal and the course management system.
Duties:
1. Provide systems support for Innovative Interfaces Millennium Library System. These duties include installation of system upgrades, server maintenance, troubleshooting, report generation and integration with various other campus systems.
2. Library web site support including working with OPAC web pages, proxy server maintenance and web page report generation.
3. Assist with the installation and maintenance of new systems as they relate to the Library. Including systems such as UniPrint, network support, and video streaming support.
4. Work with library systems staff and librarians to provide training and create documentation as needed.
5. Support and maintain the campus portal and course management system.
6. Constantly improve personal knowledge and skills to stay abreast of rapidly changing information system technologies.
7. Provide high level technical assistance to application system development personnel, operators and Help Desk staff.
8. Work with vendors and in-house staff to help determine the cause of a system failure. Locate and apply preventative or corrective service to problem components.
9. Develop utilities, exits, and special routines to enhance and expand operating system functionality.
10. Review and modify system backup procedures to improve system integrity.
11. Inform users and Information Technology and Library staff of changes in technical procedures. Provide written documentation when necessary.
12. Support operating systems and network, often at odd hours and under pressure, to maintain the integrity of the operation.
13. Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field, or three years of experience as a system administrator or system programmer in a multiple operating system environment.
- Knowledge of two or more of the following platforms is essential: Sun Solaris, Oracle, Windows 2003 and 2008 server, and Windows Vista and Windows 7 desktop.
- Knowledge of software used to create and maintain Internet web sites and portals, including Internet Information Server, Apache/Tomcat, PHP, XML, JavaScript, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration server.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with professionals, technical staff and management.

TITLE: DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AID
Trinity University seeks applications and nominations for the position of Director of Financial Aid. The Director of Financial Aid, reporting to the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, supervises a staff of five and is responsible for the delivery of $50 million in financial assistance annually. The director will help inform enrollment goals and develop awarding strategies and funding practices to support these aims. Exceptional research, quantitative, and analytical skills are required. Candidates will have in-depth knowledge of government regulations and issues of compliance, prior experience with developing awarding strategies and regimens, and a demonstrated record of using technology in implementing financial aid programs and services.
Candidates will have a successful record in financial aid administration, a minimum of eight years' experience with progressive responsibilities, and a management style conducive to training, developing, motivating and mentoring staff. The candidate must have strong leadership, management, organizational and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

TITLE: VISIT AND EVENT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS
Trinity University (San Antonio, TX) seeks applications for a Visit and Event Manager in the Office of Admissions. Interviews will begin immediately. The position, which is available June 21, will require event management and customer service experience. Minimal travel is anticipated.
Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of admissions visit programming, planning and executing recruitment events, and supervising staff members and students as related to these functions.
